Thornton’s Coffee Shop

Sorry I have not been commenting on your Photographs, my 87 year old Mother had a bad fall and was rushed to Hospital, she had to have Open Hart Surgery and was very ill, I have now got her back home with my 90 year old Father and this is the first day I have been out shopping with my wife, this shots of my favourite Coffee shop in Derby. Still lots of work to do with Mother but she’s a fighter and will be back on her feet in a few weeks.
Glag to see you out enjoying yourself. I belong to support group on caregiving and taking cAre of your self if the big thing we push.

It's good to have the information. I had my suspicions something had happened as you are so reliable at contributing. So glad the care was there when she needed it and hope she gets on well back home. A well deserved cup of coffee by the sounds of it!

A lovely shot. Hope your mum continues to improve. I know how hard it can be to look after elderly parents, especially when we're getting older too.

Hope it's not too long before your mother is on the mend.
