Local Canal by tonygig

Local Canal

On our walk this morning we sat and had a talk with two fishermen, they have fished the local canal for three days, one of the men was 87 years of age and been fishing from the age of 6. Please View Large.
Amazing reflection and so full of detail and brilliant colours. I'll kick off a Fav storm for sure.

I can't work out why the reflections are so black! It is often is the depth of the water! Makes a brilliant picture!

81 years without a rest - thats a long time to be fishing. This photo is brilliant, the lean on the trees has made the reflection symetrical. Love your framing would look good on my wall.

It really is extra stunning when viewed large - I love all the different lighting in this photo - from the sun speckled leaves to the dark corners.

Thank you all for your kind comments, Maggie the blackness of the water is because no light could get through the trees, its a very good fishing spot, Tony thanks for the Fav.
