Thank you Linda, if you like sour fruit they are lovely, but a lot of people cook them in pies with plenty of sugar.

Great focus! We have a gooseberry bush I planted for my father. He liked sour foods. I like sweet foods, so my husband (the cook) bakes gooseberry pies with added sugar for me.
