Foxglove. by tonygig

Foxglove.

I have had Foxglove in the Garden from Spring until now beginning of Autumn, how I do this, when the first flush of flowers start to die I cut down to a new side shoot, if you do this they will flower all summer, thats if you like Foxglove, these will now be left to go to seed for next year.
This flower literally pops off of the screen...great focus, details and good information.

Great horticultural tip and capture ! Nice to have things you can cut back and come again ! I have a couple of late self setters which will not flower this year but hopefully will survive the winter for early flowers next year !! Great focus -- it really stands out from the background and great detail ! fav
