Yes, the dawn started at the same time as the train of 8:03 to my work in Amsterdam arrives. The last time that happened was on the 10th of January of this year http://365project.org/train365/365/2014-01-10 Of course when the clock is set back one hour at the end of the month it will happen again somewhere in November ;-)
