After twodays of carnaval our main squares looks like this in the early morning. It is all cleaned before 10 o’clock and the after that the party starts again. Till wednesday. On tuesday at 23.55 the statue you see here is pick up another carnaval is over.

That's a lot of rubbish indeed. This morning we took Max to watch the children's carnival. We enjoyed it as much as he did. Same here, tonight carnival defile and merrymaking till midnight. Not that the younger generation cares.
