I love these, and the sycamore balls too. (Are they the same thing??) I have collected them over the years and made various things from them: Christmas ornaments painted white with red ribbons tied to their stems, glittered them and filled a jar tied up with a ribbon and set in my kitchen. I continue to be fascinated with them.

I use them to fill the bottom of pots before I put in soil and plants. They last. I still hate them. So glad to hear someone appreciates them.
