This small plane kept circling this area again and again. I'm hoping some of you aviation fans can tell me what I was seeing.

You were seeing a small plane. My guess was remote control something, beyond that I havent a clue! Fabulous shot of it though and probably not very easy to get as it was moving. Some good detail in it
