This is fascinating. At first I was trying to work out whether it was something from a camera; the F11 at the bottom. But, now I think it is your keyboard, played around in some app, not that it matters. You are enjoying experimentation and that is important! The title is good too!
This is an Apple keyboard. The white keys can get a bit grubby but these are clean enough. I literally opened the photo in the Circular app and boom - no further manipulation needed. Got lucky I guess.
