Topside and Onion Gravy

I keep looking at this and thinking it doesn't look appealing to me! I am not a vegetarian, in case you think I am. I hope it tasted better than it looked!

Cooked over charcoal and flavoured with smoke from cherry wood. You can see the red from the smoke starting to form on the meat. Was probably only a third of the way into the cook.
