Emu or Ostrich? by vernabeth

Emu or Ostrich?

I'm not sure which this bird is. I found him in an animal park that you dirve through and the animals are free to roam around. I found out the way you tell the difference is by size and counting the toes. I didn't think to count the toes. He stuck his head in the car window looking for food. I didn't notice it at the time but check out his legs. One is feathered and one looks like a stick. I can't imagine why that is.
sweet bird! great framing and colors!

It's so cute! How fun that it stuck it's head through the window to see if you had goodies. Good capture.
