I was surprised to find the capitol of Alaska is a city of only thirty thousand people and it accessable mainly by air or sea. The small boat you see is one used to transport us from the ship to the mainland. It is located at the northern end inside passage and nestled at the foot of Mount Juneau. Because of high tides you have walk up steep floating ramps to get to land.
Beth, this is so wonderfull, I love to see you're pictures they show me places I've never been to and think I've never come to so I can enjoy it by seeing you're pictures. That is also the nice thing about this project see how other people live and what they are doing. I really enjoy that
