This bit of nature was on my front window which could use a good cleaning. You see the underside of the butterfly because I took it through the glass. Perhaps it's not my place to interfere with nature but the butterfly was still alive so I cut the web that held it and let it fly free. I thought this spider already had enough food to last the winter.
