As an avid cat lover and longtime owner, it would be good to check this cat out at vet. She looks like may have infection in eye and like perhaps doesn't feel well. She may be too thin. I may be entirely wrong. She also could be a stray. Please forgive me if I come across out of line. Just live cats and animals so.
