You know how the expression we use for zero sometimes is 'a huge goose egg'? Well in this case...it is even huger than a goose egg...it is an ostrich egg! Remember how I started out the first few months of the year with a weight loss status...well, the past few months there have been no reports because there has been zero loss...so here is my status since the last time I reported it...ZERO! It is not that I have given up my workouts or started binge eating or anything...I just have started going up one, down one..up one, down one...and it is uncountable so here I am like a teeter totter....maybe next month I will have something better to say about that...until then, you get an ostrich egg. (It is a real shell that I bought, with the insides blown out. I have a little collection of eggs that I use for decorations)
What a cool egg. And I have lost about 1000 lbs. in my life. Much happier and accepting of myself now. Age - or acceptance of things we just can't change?
This is so cool!!!! I don't remember the weight loss thing, maybe we weren't following each other yet. Right there with ya....did WW for awhile, put a few back on, back and forth etc. I like myfitnesspal.com, free and I think I get way more quality info on additional things like fiber, sodium, potassium, etc. So, as of this week back on it! We can do it! And holding steady does count!!
That is so cool the egg that is. Melody and I have been on a weight loss journey of our own and over the last little while we have plateaued so we can relate
This is great. Love it. I understand the whole weight loss thing. I have used myfitnesspal.com for some time. I'm not so concerned about weight anymore, but i am concerned about being healthy. I just try to stay in the black--so I try to exercise enough to burn more calories!!!
That egg sure looks big, Vicki. The hand gives proportion to the size. I have quit trying to lose weight and am happy as I am, not too fat and not lean either.

oh gosh, weight loss is that way. you've hit a plateau sounds like. it's a struggle every day for me.......i do love to eat.....hehe......but i try to keep it in check and do exercise, but it is a struggle. good luck to you and i hope June is a good month for you:)
Thats huge ...the egg l mean - lol ...l have been on a plateau for about 6 weeks...but still keeping up the exercise and feeling fairly healthy, but need to start shifting a bit more!!
At least you're holding steady and not slidding back!
