Lake Tahoe Sunset

I really like what the colors did to the water. We left my son's place in Winnetka and instead of heading north for home, we took a detour to Lake Tahoe. Because of having to use the crutches, I have not been taking many photos, but our place has a beach front deck, so nice to just sit and shoot for once.

What a lovely pastel sky... the ripples in the water reflect the pink beautifully... and some of my vacation sunrise photos were from the balcony of our condo (and I don't have crutches for an excuse!) Nicely done !

Love the framing of the trees and the colors in the water! Tahoe is beautiful! I have friends that live there, but have never been there myself.
I almost missed the cute couple having a quiet moment on the beach. It looks so peaceful and nice!
