When in doubt, use water. I took many photos tonight of various things, but nothing took my fancy. I then took the can of an energy drink and, after crushing it to prove how macho I am, used it for today's image.
In post-processing I increased the clarity and contrast, made adjustments to the curves to make the darks darker and the lights lighter, and added a green mask in Photoshop for the tint.
I noticed something odd on my way home tonight. Only half of the street lights were lit on the main road close to my home. I wonder whether it's Cameron's Conservative cuts taking effect. If it is, it's truly a sad state of affairs when we have to scrimp by only switching on every other street light.
