This wheel is situated in the heart of Nottingham's city centre, the Market Square. It's goes up annually for a couple of months and has done for the past three years, and at the top you're 60 metres above the ground.
Unfortunately, despite photographing it I haven't been on it, and I think it was taken down earlier this month. I should have really, considering the photo opportunities of Nottingham's skyline once you're at the top. Maybe next year!
