Today the team spent the day volunteering at a school in Cotgrave. We essentially spent it as landscapers, digging up the ground to pave the way for a new play area. I just know I'm going to ache tomorrow!
Towards the end of the day I was asked to take some photos, and my favourite shot was one I took of the organiser of the day, Laura Brown.
I had to get real low to get this photo. I'll post more on my Flickr account at a later date; right now I'm too tired to sort the rest out!
I'm getting a reputation as the free company photographer. After the successful shoot with Paul, I've been asked to do another shoot with the PR Director later this week and another next week with the Chief Operating Officer. Each shoot must save the company hundreds of pounds! It's a nice excuse though to get to know senior people in the business, and that can only be a good thing.
Semi-professional photographer based in Nottingham, England, I shoot mainly events and weddings. I'll be posting my work using my Fujis - X100S and X-Pro1.

Definitely good to see it more as you getting a chance for free networking rather than they exploiting you as a free photographer. Onwards and upwards!
Good luck and I hope that if you work for the above company and you do the photo gratis you get a great pay rise in your next review!!!
