btw, you have a lot of great B&W shots. Do you mind me asking what type of conversion/process you tend to use?

@jeffg I just process them in Lightroom, nothing fancy except pushing the levels and playing with a few other settings. The image has to work as a B&W first; often I find people convert images to B&W that don't suit.
