This is a simple beautiful image. I am wondering what makes this image work? Is it various framing and color contrast?

@jacqbb true - I like Christmas though. Lots of good food, nice parties, I get gifts. What's not to like.

@swingingcurtain Thanks. I think I just lucked out with the best lighting to saturate the colours on the flag.

this is lovely with the contrast between the sign, which suggests summer and warm states to me, and that depth of snow

@madeinnl I do like the colours. I wasn't a 100% happy with the image. I don't like the garage door in the background But I guess I am the only one who can see that.
