It's embarassing to say, I literally rolled out of bed and miscalculated how much bed to roll on and fell on the floor. I put my left arm out to brace my fall,and fractured my arm and broke the shoulder socket.Uffda!!! I have so much to be thankful for though...#1..that my husband was home. #2..I'm righthanded! many more..! Seeing the Dr tomorrow to see what the next step will be. Moral of this story...DON'T divebomb out of bed!!
