Butterflies two days in a row! Today was a teacher work day, which means that we can eat lunch out. I saw this butterfly on a tree outside the school when we were coming back from Panera. Jack thinks it's a red admiral -- also one I've never seen before. If you look closely, you can see some yellow jackets and a lightning bug going inside the hole. Hard to get a clear photo because he kept flapping his wings and I was trying to hold the phone with one hand and my tea and scone in the other.
