Making lemon-vanilla bean marmalade. Nick gave me this scale for my birthday last year but I never actually used it before today.

Decent kitchen scale changed my life! Love the ability to zero out and add the next ingredient. And I've noticed that it makes a big difference in the amount of flour and sugar.
