Trying to replicate the sandwich I had at Union Kitchen this week — grilled roast beef with dill havarti, shaved Parmesan, arugula, and pesto on rosemary bread. I don’t think I had the right cheese, but it was delicious.

@margonaut Haha I’ve never been accused of being uppity, but we did get the original in a fancy part of Arlington! The sandwich is brought down by the not-cookie on the side — we call them crispy cheesy bites (made with Rice Krispies, butter, flour, and cheese).
