decided to roast some capers with my vegetables

capers are one of those things that I never seem to have. Gonna add it to my list.

@margonaut I think I buy capers every time I go to the store — I love them so much! One of my fellow teachers just told me they are good for your skin. Don’t know if it’s true, but it gives me more excuses to eat them. Trader Joe’s are the best!
