Failed Eye Test

I have booked a 2-days workshop - Impressionist Photography, I thought that I'd better try something before the workshop so I have a few specific questions.

This is nothing close to impressionism, it makes me rather dizzy.

@yaorenliu she did some judging for our photo club and gave just about everyone honours, it was bizarre, her photos are quite nice

The blur works so well here! I wish I could do this, it´s so hard to get the blur right; when is it enough but too much
