Today's movie is the documentary "Sol LeWitt". I nearly fall of the chair when he says I can’t paint a picture of a person because to me it wouldn’t be ethical. I can draw a line on a wall because I think it’s an ethical act.
I assume that I am guilty of snapping people on the street.
Great shot, perfectly timed and captured. Street photography brings me contradictory thoughts, between if I'm doing the correct, capturing moments of strange people or let them go instead.
that guy is running scared from the other who looks very purposeful. it is a great ethical question, but people are fascinated by other people, so the urge to do so is great.
I'm such a silly girl and can't understand when someone tries to hang tags about ethical thing on art. :) Though street photography is illegal in Russia without agreement of the person on the picture.
