After visiting Chinatown and the market where Sonoko and Makoto ate lunch (it was really residential but the problem was they only had a few vegetarian options and even than only one kiosk accepted credit cards so we both ate noodles for like 2eur a portion) we went to the Gardens by the bay to see the giant trees. We had to wait an hour to get up to the bridge because it was raining and when we did it was amazing - we came half an hour before another dramatic light show and we got to experience it on the bridge \o/
