Sorry I haven't been able to comment as much as normal this last week. I have been having to spend time visiting the vets with my Dal who was set upon by two dogs whilst we were enjoying a walk along the prom she was on a lead the other two were not and their owner appeared to have little control over them and insisted they were only playing. As a result of this 'playing' she has had to have several staples in her back, and lots of TLC.
Thank you for your support visits and comments.
A beautiful capture and edit . So sorry Jo ,to hear of your Tal's misfortune ! Some owners have no sense of responsibility or care for any one else's pet ! - I hope Tal will soon recover from the ordeal !
So sorry to hear tht your fur baby has been hurt. I really do not understand why people let their dogs run loose when they have no control over them! Sadly it seems to happen all over the world. I hope your dog recovers soon. Lovely b&w capture though
Lovely black and white capture. I very seldom make negative remarks on line, but I must say how much I dislike lazy and irresponsible pet owners. It's bad enough that the owner doesn't take time to properly train the dogs, but to have them run free is inexcusable. Hoping that your sweet Dal is feeling better very soon!
OMG!!! How aweful for your dog!!! I do hope you made them pay for your Vet Bills? Do you have a leash law there? We have them here and most don't pay attention to it, but if something happens while not on a leash, the owner of the unleashed dog has to pay for everything and the dogs are taken away!! I hope your fur baby is doing much better and has no complications!! Give her a big hug from me!!
I imagine you feel a little "low" as these roses are hanging right now? Love them in B/W and even if they are hanging a bit low, they are still beautiful!!! Love the petals on them. FAV!
Oh my goodness Jo, made my blood run cold as my dachshund Mr Hermann was attached by a Bull Terrier while we were out and about 3years. He had two huge rips down his right side before I managed to lie on him while the dog tore at my arm until the owner pulled the dog of me. Our vet has done a wonderful job getting Hermy back into shape and my arm has healed with very little scarring but we both have major meltdowns if unleashed dogs approach. I do hope you are both OK after such an ordeal. Gorgeous B&W capture BTW. fav :))
Really sorry to hear about the dog - very distressing all round. Your lovely shot of the roses seem to capture the fragility of your week ... very thoughtful. hope your Dal responds well to treatment and TLC
Hope with your TLC and the doctor's help, he'll recover fully - though I'm sure be wary of stray dogs. That had to have been scary. Do like your b&w shot here.
Nice shot. So sorry to hear about your dog. That is so not cool that owners don't have control over their pets. If they can't put them on leashes, they shouldn't be taken in public. There should be a law. I hope that your dog will be okay.
Sorry to hear about your dog - some owners have no sense of responsibility.
So sorry for the incident. Hope your dog heals soon with the vet care and your TLC.
Sorry to hear about your Dal...the other owner should pay your vet bill! I can't understand people like that!
Your photo of the roses is gorgeous!
