Physical therapy often finds us doing things that we'd not normally do but, the outcome is so worth it. I hope that this torture does the trick and soon.
Oh no! I had that about 7 years ago and it took a long time to recover, and I have not forgotten the pain. All the best to you. My advice is do EVERY exercise they tell you and never stop. I unfortunately stopped to soon and have never full regained the flexibility I should have. My heart goes out to you -- hang in there (pun intended) as it will get better.
Ouch. I had the same problem a few years ago. After a long time I ended up having cortisone injections and that finally did the trick. Hope the physio helps.
I can hardly imagine. Since it’s bilateral do you have to do this torture to both sides? I hope your agony improves soon. Maybe ice cream will help...it works on kids.
My frozen shoulders are linked to C-19, ant the physio says I'm his first ever bilateral frozen shoulder caused in this manner.
All through lockdown1 the sun shone and I worked from home, in the garden, in my hammock ( every day the sun shone, I hung in my hammock!) The effect of not moving my shoulders, being supported in a soft curve and accentuating the curve holding a book, done for my shoulders!! Oh and getting old!!
Ouchy ouchy ouch ouch!!! You were just jealous Susan was getting all the sympathy for her broken arm, eh? I have never heard of anyone getting it bilaterally, but then you are unique, my friend! Wishing you well as soon as possible.
