"Faith in a Bygone Age"
The Methodist Church is perhaps one of the most striking structures of Bodie, CA. Constructed in 1882, it was the town’s first church and conducted services until 1932. Following vandalism between the 1940s and 1960s, the church was closed to the public. It still houses a perfectly-preserved church organ and wood-burning stove.
Terrific shot. I had to look up Bodie to see where it was and to find out more about it. It sounds so interesting and looks like a photographer's paradise: https://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=509
