The neighbors came over for the last hours this afternoon and we had a last good visit of the summer. I made up meringues for Barbara to give to her daughter as, when Amber was little (and my Ashley's age), she'd ask me to make more of "those little pillow cookies". She'd sent over a pie for dinner last night when we ate down at Barbara and Loren's, so I thought it right to send her a thank you!
I would have loved to have had a more dramatic "Red White and Blue" image, but with Ken's help (again) this was the best I could muster. We'll be flying north tomorrow...Tag: planeview, to be sure, and we'll see what comes next!
Once again, THANK YOU so much for hanging in there with me! And never expected "Fred West" to land on the PP, so many thanks for that, as well!
