Christmas in California ... Those Palm Trees are a dead Give-Away!
We're visiting our daughter's family up the coast for Christmas, and last night took a drive to see the Christmas lights. Dare I say this is only about 1/3 the width of the yard and trees, ALL packed to this degree! Let's just say it was, um, "Joyous!"

Awesome -- and definitely southern CA. We take a drive around town one night each Christmas Season to check out the mega-decorated homes. This is one we class as "over the top"...... Fun to see them.....
Although I would never be part of creating something like this, I sure enjoy touring such Christmas displays. Wishing you and your family the best of both worlds this holiday season!
I think that all the people in Yuma who go crazy with lights probably retired in California and moved here! The lights in this little retirement community are fantastic. It is really is so fun to go driving around looking at them - something most of us have done all our lives! Beautiful picture, Louise!!
