@pamknowler@gaylewood My daughters are coming for a visit (with kids!) but I'm mulling an idea that they can help me make a video of the process. Don't hold me to it, but I do think it would be fun to share. There are others who are far more capable and creative (think Mike Gifford), but what I can offer is that the process I use is so simple. It would be easy enough to demo. I use photoshop, so it's only from that starting point I could show how. Let me know...
@Weezilou I would definitely be interested in watching a demo video. I'm sure it would be similar to a YouTube tutorial, correct? I watch those regularly and always learn a lot in the process. :-)
@Weezilou I would love see a video of your working process Louise but it sounds a bit complicated - don't go to too much trouble. I am hoping to watch some Photoshop tutorials this week on Layers which is what I am struggling with. You are too kind Louise!!

@gaylewood That's what I had in mind. As Pam @pamknowler noted, the next two weeks are heading into high gear with all my family home. Now, in a lull, either of my daughter's IS capable of helping me do something like that, and we'll all enjoy it. So much depends on the kiddos (1-2-3 & 5!) I'll let you know. I'd certainly enjoy making something for youtube; I post stuff all the time under the name weezilou
@judithdeacon Thanks for your always-uplifting messages! I finished the calendar last night and, yes, with a bit more embellishment using the older brother, too, this did end up being the cover! I thought of you as I finished it!
