Evening Entertainment! by Weezilou

Evening Entertainment!

After returning home from a friend's house where we had dinner, Pam and I set up our computer workshop at the dining table (just like this morning and the photo!) The moment we heard a noise, we jumped up to get a photo of my evening pet.

Before this visit Pam had written to ask if I thought she'd get to see a racoon...

It's almost a given. We just sit in the open doorway and "shoot them".
He's not shy and has come for a meal!

@kchuk We've been told that they can "purr like kittens"! You and I, being cat people, would love that!

How lovely! Where are you that you have such lovely animals around you? I am in Kasauli in the lower Himalayan region for a literature festival but usually live in a large city. Fav.

@veengupta Hi Veena! Pam is visiting me from London, and we're here where I spend summers in Nova Scotia, the east coast of Canada. I love photographing the animals we have here! Your viit to the Himalayan region must be beautiful, but perhaps it's getting cool? It's getting cool here now...sweater weather!

Love this handsome raccoon! I could watch them all night especially eating marshmallows and merangues! He had a treat for desert last night! You will be so missed when you go home to California in December - by your many friends but especially the cats and raccoons! Fav!

@pyrrhula He's fun to have as a visitor, but NOT a border or lodger! That's where we draw the line! They're NOT invited in! (Pam just LOVED seeing them up so close! They don't have them in England)
