@digitalrn No foolin' you Rick! We've hung together here on 365 too long! Yep, it was Ron's birthday and there were party favors for everyone there as well!
@pamknowler@kwind "Birthday Boy" Ron was the gift-bag recipient of a meringue assortment. I think I got a photo, but in the midst of so many pictures today, you might not know what we gave him unless I told you here!
@gaylewood You'd be bored to tears if I posted a photo of them, every time I make meringues! In Lunenburg, some call me The Meringue Lady. Today I had some crusted in crushed peppermint, and some with ground coffee folded in, and after baking, I set them on dark chocolate. I HAVE to give them away as otherwise I could eat them all!
@golftragic You just gave me a brilliant idea! I make small meringue kisses all the time... Instead of building a lave "pav" as you call it, I could just make either a small meringue nest or the minis, cover it with the fruit and top with whipped cream! Super super easy! Thanks for the idea!
