While not especially common, Steller's Jays can be seen frequently in the countryside around here. However, in the 18 or so years I've lived in this house, I've never once seen one in town, let alone at our feeder. ...Until Valentine's Day this year! He/she seems to be a young one and has been coming back for its peanuts every day since then. So cool!
