Change of Plans

Well, we were all packed and ready to go this morning when we received a call from our friends we were to share the cabin with informing us one of them was way too sick to go. Waaan! But we hopped on Priceline, snagged a killer deal on a nice motel in Monterey, and hit the road anyway. It's not Big Sur, but it's close!

We had a great day, gorgeous drive, several rainbows, ... Didn't have much time for a shot, but was able to stop at the beach for a few minutes before pitch blackness to play with the new camera. I mean phone. So dang fun!
