I had an idea for a chair shot, but we went to the drive-in with the boys instead. A sold out crowd, it's hard to imagine why these are disappearing everywhere--they are just SO much fun!! Please excuse the lo-fi, blurry pics--it was dark after all!
Oh, Drive-ins are so much fun! There's one in my hometown, but I'm not sure if it's still open. It's opened/closed so many times over the years that I can't keep up.

Ahhh, the drive-in! Our neighbor when I was a kid was the projectionist at our drive-in! It was a huge part of my childhood! So many memories!

Used to go on my motorbike, friends would go in their cars and we would take bean bags,, and blankets and we would sit under the speakers and have a blast.. ahhhhhh the good old days... lol
Great collage! I agree with you, I don't understand why the drive-ins are all going away. We've only taken the kids to one so far because it was so far away and it was actually pretty dirty. But we went with another family and had a great time.
This takes me waaaaaaay back to my days in South Africa when we used to go to the drive-in with my folks, usually at least one of me & my bro hiding under a blanket on the floor in the backseat!
