Last weekend we spotted a large rose bud on the Ingrid Bergman rose growing in our garden... I didn't think it would be possible to find rose buds this late, but there it was... since the weather forecast predicted frost and snow we decided to cut it and take it inside. Since then it has been standing in my Grandmothers old vase on our kitchen table... the petals were a bit ragged, so I didn't think this rose were "365 material", but somehow I was drawn to it for my black and white photo challenge (posting one black and white photo on facebook every day for 7 days)... so - here is my black and white shot #2.
