Tendril by atchoo

Tendril

Felt like playing around with a bit of contrasty black and white photography today - and the swirly tendrils on the cucumber plants in our green house ended up being my target.

I think it's facinating to look at these swirly things. Their purpose in life is finding something to cling to and when they are not able to do that they form these beautiful curly and complex shapes... nature is beautiful in so many ways, when you take the time to look at the small things too :-).

Gear used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 + Olympus MMF-3 Four Thirds adapter + Olympus Zuiko f3.5/35mm Macro.
