Water Finds Its Way Through Anything

I created this for the ETSOOI-131, but when I titled it I ended up with a Six Word Story too...

I used the Photoshop Filter Gallery, impressionist brushes, and the pattern stamp tool to change a picture of a very mundane item into this. :-) It was fun!
