I've been trying to get a shot of this mostly abandoned farm ever since the land around it started becoming the home of distribution centers and warehouses almost 10 years ago. It's located on the east side of the Dayton Airport Access Road, and traffice has been too busy to risk stopping on the narrow shoulder, until today I caught my chance. Due the bushes along the fence line, I couldn't get the shot from a higher position, so I did the best I could to grab the shot before the next batch of vehicles from I-70 came barreling through. Despite the lush grass the place has a "dustbowl" feel to it, so a handy sepia Lightroom preset and vignetting helped to make it look like it makes me feel.
