I can't remember what kind of tree this is in our front yard but do like it a lot! A few years back it attracted cedar waxwings because of the berries. Maybe a clue for someone on here as to what kind of tree we have!

@carole_sandford Thanks, Carole! I think you may be right. Ken thinks it's called something else; but, in doing a search for Montana trees with red berries, I couldn't find anything that seemed closer than a Rowan.
