This brings our little tour to a close I want to thank everyone for joining me and I trust you all had a good time. This is the Harbin Road Gate at the south end of Chinatown. It was built in 1985 when Edmonton adopted the city of Harbin, Chna as a twin city.
It was crafted by Chinese artisans using traditional tools. It is 12x23 metres and is covered in tiles and supported by two lions on either side.
I do have shots of it during the day but I decided it woiuld be nice to have one in the dark for our tour. So I took this on my way to work at around 7:00 am
I hope everyone is having a very nice weekend. I posted this one earlier than usual as we are going out for dinner with friends tonight and I am sure it will be a late evening

What a beautiful photo. Love the detail you captured. Love photos in the dark as you can capture such a different feeling and awesome light. Nicely done, loved the tour.
