A stroll through Little Italy

I had been thinking about taking a stroll through Litle Italy for a while and today seemed like a good day to start. This is Giovanni Caboto Park. It opened on this day in 1922. It had it's begnning as a park with a small playground. Today it has been expanded. The playground is still there in conjunction with the Boys and Girls Club which has a building on the north side of the park. This is the entrance at the south side and I really loved the beautiful flowers they have here along with the paving stone
