This week we've taken inspiration from you guys and have taken a look at what's a hot topic (well, subject matter) on our 'popular' feature page. Whether you're looking to the skies, in the trees, out at sea or just on the garden lawn, you guys are experts at photographing birds. So this week's theme is 'feathered'!
Next time you're out and about, be sure to have your camera at the ready, as well as your binoculars! From urban pigeons and sneaky seagulls to pretty garden finches and sparrows, and from wading sea birds to fearless eagles and birds of prey, it seems we never have to look far to spot our feathered friends.
This theme is also a perfect opportunity to practice a number of techniques, from macro shots and motion shots to playing with composition and working with lighting to make a photo pop.
We can't wait to see what you come up with!
How to enter this week's theme
When uploading your photos use the tag section (on the edit/organise screen) and insert this week's theme tag: theme-feathered.
Entry Guidelines: Photos must be your own and must have been taken and uploaded from Tuesday 4th September until the following Sunday (6 days). 5 finalists will be chosen on the Monday evening (PST), then you get to vote for the winner.

With their fun and original take on the theme, it's no wonder @christinabengephotography's photo caught your eye(sight!). We especially love the way the lenses have been used to focus on just a part of the text, with a soft focus around the outside of the frames, perfectly drawing our attention through to the letters.
