Early morning school rush. A faint mistiness before another nice sunny day. Apparently it was quite warm but I was in the office until gone 5. Victoria line was oddly quiet, but the office was heaving - all desks taken. Partly because all the interns across the programme were in for a meet-up. Went to the canteen with M and J from the intranet team - a chance to have a catch-up and a whinge. Things generally a little quieter all round which is a lovely respite.

3 good things
1. Mum got her 4th jab this morning - she got an email yesterday and took herself off to a walk-in site locally.
2. Dave has been working hard in the garden and has built one of the raised beds.
3. Just managed to remember it's our anniversary on Thursday and rushed into the Co-op to get some chocs, won't have time tomorrow.

Pleased for your mum, a relief. Ed's been booking his dads today too. I must admit, I wish I could have another dose too. I wonder if, if deaths start to rise with waning potency of the jabs that they will do another roll out next winter?
Oh and yes, lovely day - another tomorrow. Hope WFH and can enjoy your lunch in the garden !
@blightygal ha ha, 24 years! How did that happen?? Not hitched, anniversary of first date. Today we're actually walking the route of his birthday day out, so will be a nice day for it.
