Hanging around flats near Pimlico as I popped into a local chemist.
Felt okay this morning so went into the office, morning drizzle clearing to a fine day. Morning passed clearing emails and listening to a wellbeing webinar on dementia (very useful).
After lunch though mum called and said she was feeling sick and queasy. In the end, to be safe, I left work early and went to hers (picking up ginger tea) and we got an Uber back (in terrible traffic) to ours so she could stay over.
